Zero.
We arise from nothing and soon, we will disperse into nothing. Seems like we arise from nothing to experience “things” here. To have fun. To have a “life”.
Our idea coming from nothing. We are just nothing. When we are this and that we are actually keeping away from where we always are, which is nothing. When we are nothing we can become everything. When we are this and that, the this and that might limit us, as controling as it can be. There is fear to change. There is a fear of losing this and that can keep one from embracing change. So this and that, are actually sets a barrier that separate us from experiencing more. The memories can become handy to help the this and that. They limit us. They keep us away from the truth, from the source. Keep us always in the loop. Keep us inside the default programings. Make us subscribe to the known patterns. Stuck to the habits, become the servant to the virus program of the memory.
When we are this and that, and we want to explore more, to become more, we have to let go of the clinging to this and that. To let go. To let God. To let the Universe, be back in control. Once we having this and that, we can have more this and that, if we can return for a while to Zero, to nothing. realign back to the source. reformat certain parts of the hardisk, rejuvenate our operating system with the healing energy of the source. When we are back into this physical universe; effortlessly witness things that we want to appear from nothing. Cool.

clean the memories
memories, somethings from the past that bothering us… can be from our past life, or a minutes ago. Memory will only limits ones potentiality. To arrive to a point of full potentiality, we have to freed ourself from memory. Once you arrive at the other shore you have to leave your boat behind, no need to carry it along with you to climb the mountain.
we absorbs memories everywhere we go, just as we cannot avoid the unseen dust that accumulating on our pc. The only things, we can do is keep cleaning. more cleaning less dust.
But how to clean memories.?
origin of thoughts
Thought becomes things. But, where is the thought comes from?
Thoughts arise either from two places. Both from the unconscious. At default state, most of the time, from the memories, the establish patterns, the known, the karma. Or it may comes as an inspiration from the source, the divine or the gap, the unmanifest. There is no way to either spot from where exactly it comes from. The mind can play tricks on us. Memory replaying arises from a patterns in respond to a collective past actions or knowledge can be easily thoughts as an inspiration.
Once a thought arise we will have either a freewill or freewon’t to accept it or not in those split seconds. This is where our belief will function to allow it or not.
deep into stillness… as the body relax, as the face, as the jaw relaxing…
the feel of emptiness filling in, no effort to create no more efforts,
the arms, the hands, the feet at their own peace, unnoticed anymore… you are not feeling it anymore
the mind lost.. not controlling anymore breathings, quietness is the only sounds that is playing
going in more deeper inside….
deep into stillness… now enter to another stage. let go of your physical body. float out as you feel comfortable. release the body as you at ease. let go the physical attachment. let go… let go…
Without meaning emotions disappear.
being in stillness…let go the meaning of anything. no judgment. release all the matter that clouds in the mind. emotions will automatically disappear. We entering into a new state immediately, at still, at nothingness, at bliss, one with nature, being in oneness.
There is no absolute meaning in everything. Just based on context and situation. Can be good or bad. Depending on our judgment, our evaluation. Human keep asking every time “What is this meaning, how i feel about it, what I’m going to do?” This is the ones that clouded the mind. Ability to let go the asking for meaning, ability to control emotions, will enable us to choose the types of emotional states that we like to experience.
