At the heart of the art of stillness, is a process called dissolving identity. a process of letting go of any attachments to the self. the unveiling of the true identity may be a quest that will takes a while, Satori may appear ( the moments of enlightenments) -  suddenly surfacing and sometimes for a short moments, then fades again. Its the way the nature of it, as a more and more practice may jump back into another satori moments that can be prolonged.  During the satori, is the point of unlimited possibilities, moments of real beauty. a feel of bliss. a feel that keep you wanting to be there once again. Again with no attachments. wanting without needs. no objectivity. wanting to be just presence. as is.
