After awhile,lengthen the breathing out… the surrender. not by forcing. at ease. just as a knowing that you want to legthen it. fall into the rythm again. and at the end point of the breathing out. just moments before the breathing in again. linger awhile there. that’s is the point of stillness. the gap. the time where the mind is not around. pure silence. quite. stillness. the presence. connected to the source.
